Hello All!!! It has not stopped raining since we got here last week, so the training conditions have been a little wicked. The field turf field we are on does not have a drainage system for some reason, therefore we are swimming on the field. We have been limited to small areas on the field since its been so wet, so the training has been interesting to say the least. We are playing indoors tomorrow though. The reason I did not write yesterday was due to the amazingly challenging and tiring day the keepers had yesterday. We did a shooting drill and each keeper had their own goal and the field players were shooting from about 12 yards out and the keeps had to go for everything considering the teams were competing. We did this for an hour and 15 minutes, to say the least we were tired and beat up....BUT WHAT A RUSH!! Some amazing shots!! The head coach is unbelievable, he really wants us to all enjoy ourselves on the field and play, play, play. it is a treat to play for a coach so great!
The family we are staying with is so awesome, they cooked us dinner last night which was delicious. I will update this again soon. Take Care!!
